(April 18, 2009) You have surely read about Trojan horses that could be a real threat to your computer. To see if there is any Trojan horse in your PC go to PC Flank and click on "Quick Test". This free, no-hassle online test takes only 5 minutes. While there you might as well do the "Stealth Test" too. This test will determine if your computer is visible to the others on the Internet (you don't want to leave your door wide open to strangers, do you?). To make the test even more complete I also use the free RootkitBuster (download it here) from Trend Micro which will reveal any hidden files in the MBR (Master Boot Record) or registry entries. I think the above tests are indispensable each time you finish making use of your online banking services as the real danger lies here.
